We offer a safe and friendly training environment geared towards all level; from beginnings to those who are advanced. We are one of the only schools in Maryland that offers authentic instruction in Sensei Erik Paulson’s Combat Submission Wrestling and STX Kickboxing. In addition we offer the most thorough Jun Fan Gung Fu – Jeet Kune Do Concepts program and Filipino Martial Arts program around. Our instructor has been an established fitness leader within the Columbia area since 2000. Come train in a safe environment with a well known figure you know and trust.
